IF YOU QUALIFY FOR USDA COST SHARE: You will need to send Quail Unlimited a check for the full amount of the seed needed for your project at the time of your seed order. QU will issue you a paid receipt, which you can then submit to FSA for your cost share payment. When your seed is planted, contact QU and we will offer you a participating incentive payment, which equals the amount not covered by your FSA cost share. Thus, you have no out of pocket expense for the seed other than your shipping cost, which is NOT covered by FSA cost share. This seed is on a first come basis, and orders are filled accordingly.
